Salumeria Rosi wine bar / Manhattan NY

I collaborated with the architect Daniel O'Connor and the Italian set designer Dante Ferretti on this Upper West Side restaurant featuring charcuterie from the famous Parmacotto brand. The concept of the project is to display the food in an almost theatrical way, which reach its apex with the low relief of the full Italian peninsula represented in an "Archiboldian" reinterpretation.
