The project is located on the west coast of the Island, the last remaining unspoiled coastline of Sardinia.
Facing a beautiful calm bay, the site is located only 150 meters from the sea with direct access to the beach. The landscape alternates white sand beach with highly dramatic tall cliffs. The area where the resort would sit is approximately 30,000 square meters.
The zoning allows for a tourist development (hotel or vacation rental units) of approximately 3.000 square meters of buildable area with a capacity of roughly 180 guests.
3km to the north is the Is Arenas Golf course and a few km to the south is the Sinis Marine reserve and the important archeological site of Tharros. Cagliari airport is 90 km south, Alghero airport is 100 km north west and Olbia airport is 160 km north east.
